These beans come from the refion of Para.They benefit from an ideal soil that highlights the flavours of yellow fruit, honey from flowers and nuts. This organic cocoa is exported by the COOPOAM cooperative. The farmers grow, ferment and dry the beans close to the Xingu river, a tributary of the Amazon.
